Breanne is one of the only Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) in Calgary also certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) and Critical Alignment Yoga and Therapy (CAT). Before she was a massage therapist, Breanne was a yoga instructor specializing in CAT (sometimes known as Yoga for Backs). She has worked as a Fascial Stretch Therapist with professional athletes from the PGA and NHL and largely owes her success as a therapist to an understanding of modern-day myofascial anatomy, experience practicing and teaching yoga, and training with the Stretch to Win Institute in Phoenix, Arizona. Breanne graduated from Mount Royal University with Honours in Psychology and is interested in topics relating to self-talk/inner-speech and the mind-body connection, particularly at the level of psychological and physical trauma.
Hey! My name is Dr. Jess Reynolds (but I mostly go by Jess). I am a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Integrative Medicine, an Acupuncturist and a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). My practice has been tremendously gratifying, and through it I have had the opportunity to work with many people — helping them heal, body mind and spirit. Through my practice, I soon discovered my true passion: teaching. I have been teaching in the classroom for the last seven years, and have been told by students and colleagues alike that it is my purpose. The focus of my lectures has been Psychology, Personal Growth, Nutrition, Orthopedic Assessment and Functional Medicine. My passion, however, is in self-development of any kind. I am a true believer in becoming the best version of yourself.
